Friday 14th

  • Wolfgang Tillmans’ touring exhibition, Fragile, is opening in Johannesburg Art Gallery on 8 July 2018 until the 30th of September. After making stops in Kinshasa and Nairobi, the economic hub of South Africa will be the third African city to host Tillmans.
  • Reed Exhibitions Africa and ReedPOP, the world’s largest producer of pop culture events, in partnership with VS Gaming, South Africa’s largest independent gaming brand and the leading platform for online gaming in Africa, will be bringing Comic Con to the African Continent from 14 – 16 September 2018.   • The Gauteng Getaway Show in association with Mahindra, will be held at the Ticketpro Dome from 14 to 16 September 2018. Live music, kids and toddler play area, market, adventure area, beer tent and a host of many other attractions, makes this a not-to-missed experience for the whole family. Saturday 15th

  • A party and a picnic all in one… sounds like a great day out, doesn’t it? If you agree, then make sure you get your tickets to the It’s Personal Picnic to welcome in Spring! The line-up promises to bring the killer beats and set the dance floor alight. There’s nothing more relaxing than listening to some awesome tunes and indulging in a delicious picnic while chilling in a stunning setting… how dreamy. Sunday 16th

  • Red Bull Box Cart Race is a global event for amateur drivers racing homemade soapbox crafts. Each hand-made machine is fueled by creativity and competitive fun - not to mention the need for speed. This unique non-motorized racing event challenges both experienced racers and amateurs alike to design and build outrageous, human-powered soapbox dream machines and compete against the clock in a downhill race.
